Diet Vegetable Soup
I just finished making this and it is tasty. I don't use exact measurements and you can add other veggies if you have them on hand. Start with a big pot like a Dutch Oven as it makes a lot. Peel and chop small bag of Carrots, half bunch Celery, 6 Green Onions (or some regular Onions), a Green Pepper, fresh Tomatoes or add canned at the end, package of Lipton Soup Mix for flavor and some Salt and Pepper. Cover with water and cook until vegetables are done. Add one can Green Beans and one large can Tomatoes and mix all together and heat longer. Eat as much as you want and store the rest. This has few calories and will help you lose weight so eat whenever hungry.
