Geraniums Growing
Red is the most common color for this popular flower, but it can be in pink, coral, white, and other variations. It is nice in planters, boxes, hanging baskets, gardens and can be taken indoors in winter. It enjoys a sunny spot. Mix it with other plants to make a nice decor. I had a Rose Geranium and took it in for the cold months. When it was warm enough to plant outside I would just cut off stems and stick them in the ground and it came up as new plants. Then repeat in the Fall. Here again, I always cut off the dead flowers, water well, fertilize as per directions on flowering fertilizer and enjoy the blooms all Summer long. This plant also attracts Hummingbirds. See the link below for more tips on planting and care.

Contributor's Note
I look out my computer window every day at a nice coral Geranium and my neighbor has a red one.
