Radio Info
I was thinking back to my past and comparing today's music and connections to it. Everyone still loves to listen and even more than ever. When I was a child we had one small table radio that was made of real wood. I can remember coming home from school and my Mom would be listening to the soap operas. One is still on TV I think. My favorite was "Our Gal Sunday" the story of a girl from a little mining town in the west and could she find happiness. When went to Grandpa and Grandma's house they had a floor model also real wood. We all gathered around and they would try to get stations from around the world on a round dial. When I started High School I got a small radio for my own room. At the same time my marks went down and the Principal told my parents it was because I was listening to that radio when I was doing my homework. Wow, I wonder what he would say today.
