Tundra Swans at Long Point
The Tundra Swans are here at Long Point. They are in all the cornfields and open water areas of The Bay. It is so neat to go outside and see and hear them flying overhead. They are heading north and always stop in this area in March. Many people were looking at them with binoculars and large closeup cameras. Even though we have some of the largest snow piles that I have seen in years it sure feels like Spring is on the way. Those other snowbirds are also arriving daily. Of Course, I refer to the human sort that hate Winter and are fortunate enough to go somewhere south. Check out the link and you can see the flight pattern.
